This infographic was published as part of a TerraWatch article on leveraging multiple data sources to build Earth observation products.
It introduces the idea that an Earth observation application (which could be for any purpose, from weather to agriculture) usually needs to include more than satellite data. Since this happens via API, the graphic layout was designed to connect each data source to the application, as if they were plugged in.
